Blue Moses

This isn't an application. It's not an interview.
There are no right or wrong answers.

This is a way for us to understand how you think, how you move, what you need, and whether the way we build aligns with the way you want to grow.

Answer honestly. Answer slowly. Skip what doesn't apply yet. Come back to what needs more thought.

01

Why Now

There's a difference between urgency and readiness. Both matter. Neither is wrong.

What makes this music important right now — not six months ago, not six months from now, but right now?

What is emotionally driving the urgency to release?

Not the strategic reasoning. The feeling underneath it.

The urgency you feel — where does it come from?

What happens if the rollout has to slow down? What shifts inside you?

What does "missing the moment" mean to you?

Is there a window you see closing? Or is this something deeper?

What feels at stake if this doesn't go the way you envision?

Has patience ever worked in your favor before?

A time you waited — and it was the right call. Or a time you wish you had.

02

Timeline + Expectations

How someone imagines time reveals how they'll handle the process.

When you picture the Blue Moses trilogy rolling out — what does the timeline look like in your mind?

How do you see the trilogy? What energy does it carry?

Do you think in months or years?

When you say "I want this to happen soon" — what does soon mean?

How does structure feel to you?

Planning feels restrictive
Planning feels grounding

If we said: "Let's build a 24-month strategy" — what would make that feel like a win vs. a trap?

Would you rather move fast or move intentionally?

And what does each of those actually mean to you?

03

Capital + Reality

Ambition without infrastructure is just a beautiful idea. This section is about knowing the real.

What budget currently exists for this rollout?

No judgment. Just understanding what we're working with.

What do you think a proper rollout realistically costs?

Which of these have you already considered or budgeted for?

What parts of the business side feel most overwhelming right now?

Are you open to outside investment? What kind of support are you actually looking for?

There's a difference between wanting money, wanting guidance, wanting infrastructure, and wanting someone to believe. What is it for you?

04

Product Readiness

Before anything goes out into the world, we need to know what's actually done.

Across the Blue Moses trilogy — are the projects complete? Where does each one stand?

Are all mixes and masters finalized?

Are all producer situations clean?

Meaning: splits agreed on, contracts signed (or at least discussed), no outstanding disputes, everyone aligned on what they're owed.

Are any beats sourced from YouTube, beat marketplaces, or uncleared channels?

Are there any sample concerns — interpolations, replays, or direct samples that need clearance?

Are there songs you still feel emotionally unsure about?

Not sonically — emotionally. Songs you're debating keeping or pulling. Songs that feel too honest or not honest enough.

What does "finished" mean to you?

05

How You Work

Everyone has a rhythm. The goal isn't to change yours — it's to understand it.

Do you work best from instinct or structure?

Pure instinct
Clear structure

What environments bring out your best work?

Physically, emotionally, relationally — what needs to be true for you to create or think at your highest level?

What environments shut you down?

How do you handle delays — when something you expected to happen doesn't?

When a collaborator disagrees with you — maybe about a song, a direction, a strategy — how do you typically respond?

What do you want more of right now — accountability or freedom?

Accountability
Freedom

What does "support" actually look like to you?

Not the word. The feeling. What would it look like if someone was truly supporting your process?

What has gone wrong in past collaborations?

Not to dwell — but patterns repeat when they go unnamed.

06

Partnership Expectations

Misaligned expectations are the source of almost every breakdown. Let's get clear early.

What kind of collaboration are you actually looking for?

Not what sounds good. What you actually need at this stage.

What role do you want from a strategic partner? Where should they show up — and where should they stay out of?

How involved do you expect your collaborators to be?

Check in weekly
In the trenches daily

What would make you feel unsupported?

What would make you feel controlled?

Describe the best working dynamic you've ever been in — with anyone, in any context.

What made it work?

What boundaries feel healthy to you in a working partnership?

07

Long-Term Vision

The trilogy is a chapter. This question is about the book.

When you think about what you're building beyond the Blue Moses trilogy — what are you actually after?

What does success actually look like?

Not what you'd say in an interview. What would make you lie in bed one night and think: "We did it."

What kind of artist do you not want to become?

The version of yourself you're actively trying to avoid.

08

Final Reflection

These last questions aren't about strategy. They're about honesty.

What fears do you have around this process?

What excites you most?

What would make this experience feel meaningful — regardless of commercial outcome?

What would make this feel disappointing?

What do you wish people understood about where you are right now?

The thing you haven't said yet. The thing that would change how someone shows up for you if they knew it.

There's no grade. No scoring rubric. This is a mirror —
a way for both of us to see the starting point clearly.
